Keeping us all safe during COVID-19
We are grateful for the understanding and support of our members during the challenging COVID-19 situation. We hope you are safe and well. In due course, we aim to return to our more familiar club sessions for players of all standards from aged 9 upwards.
From September to December 2020, we ran badminton sessions for adults playing singles but we have again paused our badminton sessions as we comply with the current COVID-19 restrictions. The earliest we will be able to resume any sessions is March 2021.
We plan to return in due course to the "turn up and play" format that our sessions took pre-COVID. However, we expect that for an interim period, pre-booking will be required so that player numbers are controlled to keep everyone safe. Booking is via our DownToMeet site - click here to visit that site and set up your account.
We have not held our adult beginner / returner and junior sessions since March 2020 and we do not yet have indicative dates for restarting. We are eagerly looking forward to welcoming all our players back, as well as new players, later in 2021.

We have taken COVID-19 seriously from the outset, taking swift action to suspend our sessions in March 2020. We will continue to be guided by the Scottish Government, Sports Scotland and Badminton Scotland.
